- Is the build cost a bid?
- No. It is a metro estimate by finish level for this year. A builder's bid is a different document, from a builder.
- Where do resale prices come from?
- Recorded residential sales in the Polk County assessor file, by city, last twelve months. The city pages show the counts.
- Why is there no page for Waukee?
- Waukee and Norwalk are not in the Polk County sales file this ledger uses. A page without those sales would be a guess.
- What does the email contain?
- The same ledger, plus the parcel record if you gave an address. It is the only email the tool sends.
